Q. How much time should I schedule for
a mediation session?
A. You should set aside at least five hours
for a complete mediation session.
Q. How do I request a mediation session?
A. Click on the forms tab and complete the ‘Mediation
Request’ form. If you desire a Special Education mediation
session, complete the ‘Special Education Mediation Request
form’
Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express
and e-Checks. You may pay the two(2) hour minimum mediation fee
prior to the mediation session through our website. Payment of any
additional hours will be due at the conclusion of the mediation
session.
Q. What should I bring to the mediation session?
A. For all items contained in the Domestic
Relations section, you should bring the following items, all of
which are available in the forms section: 'Financial Affidavit'
(signed and notarized by a Notary Public); 'Personal Finance Statement'
and 'Detail Listing of Assets'. These forms will serve as the basis
for initial information needed to conduct the mediation.
Q. I cannot download some forms on
my PC, what should I do?
A. If you are using Netscape, access your
Internet Explorer and attempt to access the forms in this browser.
If you do not have 'Excel' or 'Word', trial versions are available
at Microsoft.com.
